This is driving me mad. I've posted messages in the Advanced HTML Editor support forum. Sent emails to George. Posted messages on the Macromedia Newsgroup, but am still yet to receive any answer at all. I like the DMXZone products, but if this level of NON Support is going to continue, I'll have to reconsider. We are talking commercial products here. Please lift your game people. We've been waiting for so long for some type of update to the table editing functionality within Advanced HTML Editor which is pretty much non existent. Could we please have some type of specific update rather than "We're working on it"
An editor I used to use had far superior table functionality but the rest of the product was average. They have just come up with an update that looks pretty good. You can see the table functionality here: www.innovastudio.com/demo_online/editor/default2.asp. This is the type of table editing functionality we NEED.
Don't get me wrong, I'd rather use the Advanced HTML Editor. The table situation is very poor though and needs to be addressed.

Richard - I think you need to clarify your definitions of "support" and "improvements". You state in the beginning of this post that no one was answering your requests for support. But then (after we realize you are talking about "improvements", not "support"
you then say that you did recieve a response, only it was "We're working on it" - which wasn't what you were hoping for.
This seems to be a common issue with people maybe not taking the time to research a product's feature set or functionality before purchasing, and then characterizing their desires for what they wish that tool did do as a "problem".
I am not speaking to your specific request, because your desire for enhanced table functionality could be valid. I would just submit that your issues are not a "support" issue, any more than saying that because you have to wait until summer to buy the new BMW 3-Series means that BMW doesn't "support" their cars... releasing "improvements" takes much longer than "supporting" problems and should not be considered an immediate process.
Just my 2 cents, but I just see this enough I thought I needed to clarify this.
What does everyone else out there think?
