I have a picture that I have inserted into dreamweaver MX on the picture there are some hotspots that I want a page
to open with in the picture how do i go about doing that , do i insert a layer or a table , need help figuring it out .

Macromedia calls them 'Image Maps'... here is a tutorial from their website:
