I've successfully used this on one site but am tearing my hair out on a new one, it seems to load OK and then jump the scroll layers left and up, have a look at:

works OK on Safari but doesn't on IE on Mac or PC, any ideas??

But to answer your question:
You have 'anchored' the scroller to an image with name/id 'Image1', but there are more than one IMG tags on the page with that name/id.
Please make sure you use unique names/ids for page elements.
