Using DW8/PHP 4.5/MySQL

I've install Pure PHP Upload 2.1.1 on DW8 and get the following error... " Error in server behavior Pure PHP Upload - the search string was not found or was incorrectly formed. Make sure there is a comment at the top of the file in this format: <!-- search:"string to find" --> ...

What do I need to do to correct this? Pure PHP Upload worked fine in DWMX.
