Unable To Use/Read The November Issue

When I download the November Issue of the magazine, I get a message thatthe file is "corrupt". Is there another way to read the magazine?

found out what the problem is. Make SURE you have cookies ENABLED. Then clear your
cache & history. The file WILL download perfectly after that.

I've bought also and cannot open it either, also tried clearing cookies as stated in previous post still no good. This needs sorting otherwise I certainly will not be purchasing any more issues in the future.
