Can any kind person please help me out with sending a form from Dreamweaver to an email address?

I have set up the form with all the fields, but I am stuck with the rest!

I need to know where to send the form to. I have the files form-mail.pl and formmail.cgi in my cgi-bin folder, but which one do I use, and what is the path to access them from sending the form?

I have looked at various websites such as Matts script archive, but to be honest im new to all this and its quite confusing!

Any help would be great!!
