Hello, this is my very first post.
Is there anyone who can help me? Using Templates, I would like to have a stationary background so that all the pages that open up using the same template would slide (scroll) on top of the stationary backgroung. I was told that I should enable scroll bars in the editable region of my template, but looking for a solution all my searches have been proven pointless.

Please HELP!
