Hello,

I am trying to create a div on my page (found here www.jetstakeoff.com/news) that will have only a vertical scrollbar to desplay content. I am able to get the effect I am after using Internet Explorer but using Firefox or pretty much anyother browser it is a complete mess.

What I am really after is a div or area of my page that can scroll to show lots of text. I never want there to be a horizontal scrollbar and it would be great if it were to function like the overflow:auto comand and only show a vertical scrollbar when needed.

Do you guys have any ideas? I would really be grateful for any help.

Only solution I have seen is to make sure your content isn't wide enough to trigger the horizontal scroll.
