Does anyone know of an online CSS script/tag dictionary??

i.e. a compiled list of tags and what they control.

A {} = name, description of what it does.

A:hover {} = name, description of what it does.

FORM {} = name, description of what it does.

TR.header {} = name, description of what it does.

TR.headerNavigation {} = name, description of what it does.

etc etc

used to use another one that i can't remeber right now too. but that has what your asking for.
