Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use an immage as a table border without having to create extra cells surrounding the center cell???

I am hoping there will be a bit of code like:

~ table bordersrc="xxx.jpg" <font color=green><font face='Arial'><font size=6>or</font id=size6></font id='Arial'></font id=green> ~ table border="1" borderimg="xxx.jpg"


( I had to use the "~" Symbol to represent the &lt; &gt; Symbols as it wasnt showing)
