DW8 - ASP - MS SQL

I'm having a major problem with dreamweaver 8. I'm trying to display a line of text ("no records returned" when a recordset is empty. I'm using the SHOW REGION IF RECORDSET IN EMTPY server behaviour thats in the DW8 built.

The error message that’s keeping on appearing is this:


While executing onLoad in show IF RS is empty.htm, the following javascript errors occurred:

In File, "show IF RS is empty". Reference error: inititaliseUI is not defined.


This problem is really bugging me because I’ve never had trouble with this before and I’ve tried everything I can think of.
