If the option "Make unique" is selected the file is stored in the rigth way, however the originally filenam is stored in the databes and not the modiefied<font face='Arial'></font id='Arial'>

Please try the just released update 3.03

Download the latest version, install in extension manager, restart DW, finish up the installation wizard, restart DW again and reapply Pure ASP Upload 3 again on your upload pages. You can just choose it from the Server Behaviors panel and confirm it by pressing OK.

Then you will get an alert about the changed files - make sure you upload those to your live website.
