This is probably such a dumb question but I am unable to find the solution myself <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>

Trying to create a gradient colour to use on my site in FW but can only get it to work from left to right and vice~versa.

What I want is to have the strong colour in the upper section and the weaker colour in the lower.

Can someone please tell me how to achieve this?

Many thanks in advance.

hey there chris , when you apply a gradient fill color ( linear gradient ) to a vector object, lets say a vector rectangle. You can change the direction ( stretch the gradient ) and change the position of the gradient, how?

when you click the object with a linear gradient fill, it shows up the fill handler, the circle controls the position, the box at the end of the line controls ( sorta like elongates your gradient ). hope that helps
