NONE of the progress bars work. I've tried every fix I could find in all the forums, but nothing helps. I don't get any error messages. Pop-up-blocker is off.

Also, the page containing the form is doing the uploading, after which the form-content is passed on to a page that sends the form-content via e-mail using JMail. As soon as form is changed to multipart, the mail turns up empty. Ie it gets sent, but is empty.
