Hello

First post and this is a good one.

i have just got a new computer, windows PC XP SP2 and I had ultradev then got a upgrade to dreamweaver mx 2004, on my old computer it worked fine, on my new computer the activation screen allowed me access to work on the websites, but then today it has stopped. I haven't set the 30 day trial, it worked out of trial mode. I put my hands up and do admit I didn't deactivate the licence from the previous machine before it was uninstalled but now it won't let me work.

when i try to activate by connecting to the internet it says network not found, even though our internet connection is allowing SSL and all traffic.
when i try to activate by using the phone, I put in both codes, dreamweaver mx 2004 code and ultradev code, i get green ticks to confirm the codes authenticity and then dreamweaver shuts down.

does anyone have any ideas?
i have run licence cleaner on my computer but I am still stuck in this issue.
