This is my first time attempting to download an eMagazine. I have a subscription but every time I try to download one, it's either the sample or it asks me to pay for it. What am I doing wrong? I've been trying to get support from you guys for over a week now. What's up with that? My renewal is coming up and I'm beginning to wonder if it's worth it. Can I Puh-leze get some assistance.
