I don't want your newsletter! Please remove me. The unsubscribe process does not work. I can't find any contact details on your site either. I am very disappointed by your extremely poor usability!

go into your profile and in there uncheck the boxes where it says :
Send me e-mails for:

Thats it.

Just for the record what do you find of poor usability?

Thank you for your reply. I have eventually unsubscribed after logging into my profile and finding the small checkbox section at the end referring to newsletters. The poor usability is that it is not obvious how to unsubscribe neither is it quick or easy to do. I haven't logged into the dmxzone site for ages so I can't remember the idiosyncrasies. Other newsletters are much more straightforward to unsubscribe from. I suggest you do some user testing of the process.
