I moved my files...which work perfectly on my current hosting company...to my first ever dedicated server.

I get an error that says the page does not exist.
photoalbum_add.asp?categoryID=5&GP_upload=true
HTTP ERROR: 404
Returned:
The page cannot be found

The page is on the server. My Dmzzone ASPmailer is working so I know the scripts in my ScriptLibrary folder are functioning. Is my new dedicated server missing something. I have Plesk/Windows 2003/IIS
