I keep getting the above error. Parent paths and write are turned on. Can anybody help?

Ok.... I think I have stumbled on to the answer here. Even though I had my permissions set right for the upload folder, this folder was located inside a parent folder that did not have IUSER write permission. When I changed the permission for this folder it looks as all appears to be working.
