Could someone please look at the navigation structure of your web site? I have bought the Advanced Layer Popup (very good!), but when I look for help and tips, I cannot easily find the right forum or FAQ. I suggest that if you have bought a product from DMXZone, then when you go to Products in MyDMXZone, the link should take you to the help and FAQ for the product, not the page advertising it. It would sure save a lot of time.

Thanks

Michael

I could not agree more, I have purchased various extensions and find it impossible to find the documentation for them. I stumbled across some pdf documentation for one of the extensions and downloaded it and it was fine, but I now cannot find it again and cannot find any documentation for other extensions.

The site seems to cycle between advertising the extension and buying it.

Obviously the best solution would be to have a pdf document included in the download when you buy the extension and also a link to the documentation within the mydmxzone section.

It is VERY frustrating.

All the links to the help, faq's and support forum are on the product page. That's the page with the advertising. The links are in the property box on the right.

I totally agree. I've been here plenty of times, and each time I come I have to stop and think of how I need to get to where I want to go. It wouldn't be quite so bad if the link bar up top had drop down links, because there are sub areas that you need to get to that just aren't linked or mentioned at all on the main page. <img src=../images/dmxzone/forum/icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle> Confusing.
