need extension to send emails from DB

I have a site that allows users to register their name/address info. This data goes into a MySQL database. I would like to send a mass email to several (not all) of those that have registered. Is there a way to do this with an extension?I would also like to be able to print mailing labels from the same database. Is there an extension to this?
I am using DWCS4 and PHP and MySQL.

Have you ever considered the Smart Mailer PHP version? I use Smart Mailer ASP and it can do exactly what you describe.
