I get this error when clicking on the PHP Upload extension.

Make sure there is a comment at the top of the file in this format <!-- search:"string to find" -->

Example: <!- search:"rs.Request(\"r" -->

I know I am making assumptions, but, I thought I would just insert this extension into a page, fill out the variables, and have a functioning upload process.

I am not sure what the comments are for or where they go.

Did you create a form with a File Field and a Button, before starting the PHP Upload 2 Extension?
