What is the correct order to use the following DMXZone extensions: dmxCSSForm, dmxUfvphp, dmxCalendar

I have had difficulty applying all three to my Reservation Form on one of my websites.

First design the form with the dmxCSSForm since it is a bit sensitive and can't be edited anymore after applying the validator.

The other two extensions shouldn't matter, but if it causes problems just let us know in the forum or you can use our live support.
