I have setup dreamwaver CS4 and file extend 960 grid from dmxzone in Window 7. But when i create new html and choose menu 960grid from menu insert
Have message: "please put this document in a site before using feature"
i dont know to fix this
everybody help me

You must setup a site first inside DreamWeaver and then save the document there. This is needed for the extension so it knows where to copy the required files.
