I stumbled upon this website and I was wondering if anyone know how the effect of navigation on this site was created.

OK, I guess that it works with anchors on the page but I was wondering what makes the page movement ramp up and ramp down in speed?...

I love this idea...

Any help/hints would be greatly appreciated.

the site is just one big page, the navigation is indeed anchors. the scrolling is done using a jQuery plugin.
