When no e-check is used then processing takes only a few seconds. It's possible that the order confirmation e-mail came in your spambox or was blocked. You can always go to the My Products page when you are logged in here at DMXzone, there you can see all your purchases with download link and serial.

Actually, I run my own server, so blocked email was not the problem (and I didn't pay with an e-check).
FYI, I called Kagi to explain the situation; they explained that the product (the Nivo Slider) wasn't "registered" in their system yet(!). Somehow or other, they got it sorted out and I got the product codes.
