I own a bunch of the DMXZone products, and would like to use them because they add some incredible functionality. But I've moved everything (practically) to wordpress. Do these products such as the new Event Calendar2 bundle, lightbox, etc work in the wordpress framework too?

What issues will I run into?

I'd like some insight as well. I am a WordPress newbie.

It is possible to use the extensions in templates for Wordpress, it is possible that there are themes and Wordpress plugins that conflict with our extensions.
