I installed this extension (thank you). When clicking on Finish button, here's the error code:

While executing OnClick in List-O-RamaCmd.htm a java script error occurred.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Had the same issue, and discovered you MUST have a style defined in your document first, before this extension will work. The List-O-Rama code searches for the document style line, to add to it, and if not found, causes the error.

So, create and add a style (you don't even have to use it) to your document, and all will work.
