This problem has been plaguing me for more than two years... I have requested help and was ignored... the topic was deleted long ago... but the problem is getting worse...

The insert bar in dreamweaver is filling up, and most of it is becuase most of my DMX extensions are displaying 2 icons. This is getting extremely annoying, and I need help to get rid of them.
