getting an error with NivoSlider install in DW (CS4):

while executing onLoad in dmxNivoSlider10_install.htm, the following javascript error(s) occured:

In file "dmxNivoslider_10_install"
initUI is not defined.

I'm dead in the water. The extension shows it being installed in Adobe Ext mgr, but starting dw I get this error and I can't do an Insert of the nivoslider. It does show in the menu, but nothing happens.

I've purchased a couple of your products. I will NOT be purchasing any more in the future. Two weeks and zero response. You obviously put support as a very low priority.

Very, very disappointed.
