Registering my extension (HTML 5 video player) not working!!

HiI bought the extension, installed, got my serial number, but my login details are not accepted by the extension box in DM3. I have retried many times. The details are correct, as I can use them to login to my DMX web area.
What gives? I am not happy, as this extension was not cheap...
