using php MySQL server model in DW MX.

I'm just getting going doing dynamic pages.

Can anyone tell me how to create a set of file fields that allow me to browse my c drive for images and upload these so that the file name gets inserted in a column of my database.

I have tried fiddling with record update in DW but haven't managed to work out adding on browse for file approach.

Wondering if Pure php upload might be the answer - will it allow me to add image file names to database?

Also tried a php upload extension on Macromedia Extension Exchange - but not getting the result I need.
