For today's showcase we used Animated Thumbnail Gallery 2 in order to save space on our page and give our thumbnails a visual kick. Using the appearance options we manipulated the border radius so that the result is rounded thumbnail images, which open in a built-in Lightbox for larger preview.

New VAT Regulations for EU Customers

As of 1 January, 2015 there are new VAT regulations for EU country member customers. Dynamic Zones is a Dutch company and has to calculate 21% Tax for our Dutch customers regardless a private or a business customer. Business customers can get their Tax back the normal way, in your account you can access the invoices with the Tax amount calculated in. Customers from other EU country are subject to VAT charge, which will be calculated according to the the EU country where the customer belongs (not where the business is based). Still, if you have a business in the EU and a valid VAT number, you can enter it during the checkout process. The number will be verified online and if it is valid VAT will be shifted and we won't collect it. Read More

As promised yesterday, we have a newly updated version of our DMXzone Google Maps 2 extension and unfortunately it's our last release for this year. It's been greatly improved and now you can have dynamic markers with icons.
